The decisive factor for the calculation of costs is the time of receipt of the cancellation by the hotel. Cancellations must be received by us by 6 p.m. on the respective day.
For reservations of 5 rooms or more, we reserve the right to bill the total amount (prorated) in advance.
We always try to otherwise allocate unclaimed reservations. If this is successful, no cancellation expenses are charged.
